Welcome to Tuli. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them — they're straightforward.
1. About Us
Tuli is a sauna and cold plunge experience based in Seattle, offering wool felt sauna hats and accessories online and in person. Our online store operates at tuli-lodge.com.
2. Eligibility
By using our site and placing an order, you confirm that you are providing accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.
3. Products
We do our best to accurately represent our products through photography and descriptions. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and we can't guarantee an exact color match to what you see on your device.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
We are not responsible for pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your order is accepted.
We accept payment via all major credit cards and any payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment information.
6. Shipping & Fulfillment
We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are fulfilled twice per week and are typically processed within 3 to 4 business days of being placed. Shipping timeframes are estimates and we are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has left our hands.
Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. In-Person Pickup
Orders placed online for in-person pickup will be ready the next day we are open. We are open every day except Tuesday. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready.
8. Final Sale
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of a damaged or incorrect item received. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.
9. Intellectual Property
Everything on this site, including our name, logo, product photography, and copy, belongs to Tuli. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuli is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our site and products are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability of our website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
