why no returns? 

sauna hats are a personal wellness item worn in hot, humid environments. for hygiene reasons we're unable to resell returned items, so we made the straightforward decision not to accept them.

not sure what to order?

hit us up with questions about sizing, fit, or which colorway matches your sauna aura and we'll point you in the right direction.

something arrive looking rough?

we're human, and so are our shipping partners. if your hat shows up damaged or there's any other trouble, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. we'll make it right.
