we're small and our primary biz is running the sauna, so orders go out twice a week. pls give us 3-4 biz days before your package ships. you'll get a tracking number when it's on its way. 💫
free shipping on all US orders over $70, we got u!!Â
once it's with the carrier, it's out of our hands ðŸ˜. we're just as annoyed with delayed shipping as u r! carrier delays are the worst and sadly out of our control.
local pickup
if ur as impatient as we r, just come pick up ur order at ur next sauna sesh!! order online and pick up at tuli the next day we're open (every day except tuesday). we'll let you know when it's ready.
something went wrong?
package lost, delayed, or arrived looking rough? pls email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo if there's damage. we'll sort it and make it right!
